Hi, I’m Lance!

I started my career in Muskoka, my childhood home, framing cottages on lakes Joseph, Muskoka, and Rosseau before moving to Milton, Ontario. It’s here that I expanded my skill set to include fine carpentry and project management before establishing my own business in 2007.

As a business owner, my name and reputation are my legacies. I pride myself in efficiently, cost-effectively, and – regardless of size or scope – exceeding my client’s expectations.

My career is my passion and I look forward to working with you to complete your Red Canoe Renovation.

Lance has worked in all aspects of the hands-on construction of residential buildings at one time or another in the past 20+ years. This isn’t just a job for me. It’s my passion – it’s what I was born to do.

Is everything perfect?

Absolutely not. As with anything, there will always be ways that I can improve – but that’s why I take the opportunity to speak with my clients and listen to exactly what they would like. And that communication keeps going throughout the job – I want to finish all of my jobs knowing that the client is thrilled with their new space.

Is your company the best there is?

Well, I’ll let my work speak for itself. But I strive to be the best at what it is I do. I’ll never leave a client disappointed or dissatisfied. If they are left wanting more, then my job is not done. I’ve made a lot of amazing contacts over the years and when they are good you keep them.

Can you do everything on your own?

Probably, but why? When I have professionals that do that trade every day. It takes a team to build a house. It takes a team to renovate a bathroom. I am your team captain and the client is my first mate. We will sail through rough waters but I will paddle hard to get to the calm on the other side.
