Does Lance do all of the work himself?
While Lance is able to supervise all contractors, it may not always be him alone on the project – Lance will always be there throughout the job to ensure that all subcontractors are performing accurately and on schedule. He will be your main point of contact but in some cases, your job will be done faster by having more than one person working on the project at the same time.
Is your work reliable?
Yes, we have many references that we can give that will attest to the quality and craftsmanship of our work. We know that we are working with your hard-earned money and we respect that. That is why we are happy to share some references with you and the photos we use on our website are from our projects.
How long will the job take?
That depends on the scope of the project – we will take the time when we are discussing a quote to talk about anticipated time, when the job will start, how much it will cost, any possible delays that could come up, and more.
What if I’m not satisfied with something?
Discuss it with Lance. He wants to work with you throughout the project and is not satisfied until he knows that you are happy with the work that has been done on your home. Do not hesitate to call or text to discuss it further. It is much easier to discuss along the way than to wait until everything is done before deciding to change something.
