Lance was highly professional, as were all his subcontractors.  They treated us and our home with respect, and we were impressed with the quality of work. Lance said he was very particular with the subcontractors he used and it was evident in the final product. Any hiccups we ran into along the way were either corrected with no issue, or compensated.

Lance from Red Canoe did a full renovation on our ensuite bathroom. Lance gave us the option of him sourcing all the fixtures at an additional cost (obviously for his time) or letting us pick out and purchase several things like our toilet, bathtub, and light fixtures.  Lance connected us with Emco to purchase the plumbing fixtures, as well as a stone company for our quartz vanity top, sink and bench top for the shower.   Lance arranged for the tile, plumbing, shower glass, electrical, as well as the vanity installation.  We needed to have a custom vanity made and he gave us an excellent recommendation. Lance also met us at both the stone and tile stores and was very helpful when we were making our choices for the quartz, and the tile for the floor, shower and niche.  I appreciated his patience, especially with helping me find what I specifically wanted for the vanity top and niche.
